Ted,

I have tried to contact many people but cannot find an answer! I have my Pantech Duo password protected to get into the phone. I changed it the other night but must of hit a wrong key once or twice and cannot remember the password! Att has been no help, as the method for resetting the whole phone did not work at all...If you could help me I would be forever in debt...the password timer gets longer and longer everytime...please help me!

It would be nice to find the correct IMAP Prefix to allow iPhone to see all folder on the Exchange account and not just Inbox and its contents! Anybody have any suggestions?

Resending the service books did not work for me. Instead on the BES I set Sync type to Unidirectional - Synchronize Server to Handheld and all of a sudden it started synching up..

I needed to reset my device before returning it to Cingular for an exchange. If I do a hard reset will that restore it to the factory settings?

Thanks-- This worked for one out of three of my problem Blackberry Curves. I think the Enterprise Activation has not completed properly on this device, and resending the service books fixed it.

No luck on the other two, though.

how do i get the volume really loud on my blackjack?cuz it is really low and the volume wont go up any higher. i cant even really here it when it rings
