This is something that normally we have to tell our customers to call their wireless providers for. I found this for T-Mobile customers, you can do this yourself online! To Re-send the service books to your blackberry do the following:
1. Go to www.t-mobile.com and log in to My T-Mobile.
2. Click SET UP BLACKBERRY INTERNET E-MAIL under Messaging.
3. Click "Handheld" under "Settings".
4. Click "Send Service Books" to send the BIE service books to the handheld.
That is it! Now this may not fix all the problems on your blackberry but it definitely will help us troubleshoot to root of the problem.
