I keep having to empty my cache and the same problem messages keep coming back.
If you are getting the issue repeatedly, it could very well be a corrupt email. What makes this hard is that it can corrupt in Entourage but no Outlook. When yu rebuild your cache, pay attention to the way the mailbox rebuilds. If you see it hang in one particular spot, try deleting that email and see if that helps
